Can I return items?

All orders during Black Friday can be returned following our standard returns period of 14 days, or exchanged within the standard period of 28 days.

Do we still offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is still available at checkout at an extra charge. Just make sure you select it before 12:00 GMT to guarantee your order arrives the following working day.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Our team will be working around the clock getting your orders ready, we are expecting to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 3 working days - you will get an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

If I'm a member will I get early access?

You will have to sign up to our Black Friday sale or be a clubhouse member for 18:00 access otherwise members will be granted access at 19:00 GMT.

What will be discounted?

Will Standard Delivery Times be the same as usual?

Will there be early access for Black Friday Sale?
